Prep first. Always.
The difference between a paint job that looks good on day one and one that still looks good in year five is prep. Our process is built around it.
Free on-site estimate
We come to you — no pressure, no obligation. One of our team walks every surface with you, answers questions, and gives you a written quote you can hold us to. No hidden fees, no bait-and-switch pricing.
- Scheduled within 1–3 business days
- Written itemized quote emailed same day or next morning
- We explain exactly what prep is needed and why
Meticulous prep work
Prep is where most painting contractors cut corners — and where the quality gap shows up five years later. Our crew power-washes, caulks, scrapes, sands, fills, and primes before a single drop of finish paint touches your home.
- Soft- or pressure-washing all exterior surfaces
- Full caulking of gaps, cracks, and trim joints
- Sanding and spot-priming to ensure adhesion
- Masking and protecting all surfaces not being painted
- Interior: furniture moved and covered, floors protected
Premium Sherwin-Williams application
We use Sherwin-Williams exclusively — products engineered for Florida's heat, humidity, and salt air. Our crew applies every coat by hand or with professional spray equipment, depending on the surface. No shortcuts.
- Sherwin-Williams Emerald, Duration, or Resilience — chosen by surface and exposure
- Two finish coats standard on all exterior work
- Consistent coverage checked under raking light before moving on
- Spray, back-roll, or brush-and-roll depending on surface profile
Final walkthrough & cleanup
We don't leave until you're satisfied. The project lead walks every room (or every elevation) with you to review the finished work. Touch-ups are handled on the spot. We haul away all materials and leave the site cleaner than we found it.
- Room-by-room (or side-by-side exterior) walkthrough with the homeowner
- All touch-ups done before we pack up
- Full cleanup — no paint cans, tape, or drop cloths left behind
- Written warranty provided at job close — 5 years on workmanship, 6 months on cabinet finishes
